Conditions
Infos and bookings
You can request information or reserve an accommodation by a phone call, sending us an e-mail or by filling out the on-line reservation form on the reservation section of the site. If the accommodation is available and if you accept our proposal and want to confirm you booking, you'll need to send us the definitive confirmation by e-mail within 48 hours.
Payments
A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance. We accept: bank transfers, cash or international money orders like moneygram or western union. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you by e-mail a confirmation of your booking with the complete address and telephone number of your accommodation. The balance must be paid to the host/hostess upon your arrival at B&b. Should your arrival time be changed for any reason, kindly contact your host/hostess directly.
Prices
Rates are expressed in euro and are daily prices and include linen and towels (changed each 3 days), all utilities (electricity, gas, heating water, internet access), and room cleaning.
Cancellation
Should you be forced to cancel a reservation for any reason and at any moment after the booking confirmation, the following is our cancellation policy, to be accepted at the reservation time:
Up to 20 days from the beginning of your reservation you have to pay the 20% of the total amount.
From 19 to 7 days from the beginning of your reservation you have to pay the 30% of the total amount.
Less than 7 days from the beginning of your reservation you have to pay the 50% of the total amount .
Our company reserves the right, after the booking confirmation, in the case of major problem, resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar/better standard and sleeping capacity. We will contact you immediately and offer you an equivalent/better alternative.
Arrivals and Departures
Kindly we have to know in advance the time of your arrival for the check-in. Check-in is generally after 13:00. For early arrivals, provided that you have contacted your host and that the accommodation is available earlier, you may arrange early check ins or leave your luggage until the accommodation is ready. Please contact your host/hostess a few days before your arrival to inform him/her of your estimated arrival time. Check-out is no later than 12:00 o'clock of the departure day. Late departures may also be arranged in advance with your host/hostess if the apartment is available.
